We are closely following the developments in Ukraine and the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. Even though it is somewhat challenging to make sense of some aspects of the situation as it unfolds, we would like to offer our help to the people caught amid the conflict by sending humanitarian aid.
However, it is often very difficult to verify through third-party organizations whether the aid has reached the people who need it. Because this conflict is occurring so geographically close to the Czech Republic, we have opted to directly deliver humanitarian aid and goods to the borders directly.
Therefore, a team of trusted people closely cooperating with us will deliver essential goods to the people in the affected areas. In the coming days, this team will deliver items such as food, clothing, baby diapers, and other necessities. We will deliver no weapons of any kind.
We believe that this is the right approach, and we hope that it will provide comfort to those in need during these difficult times.

We are also scheduling the release of a series of NFTs, the proceeds of which will flow directly into humanitarian aid for those who’ve had to flee their former lives and who are in need of basic help right now.
To be clear, we are not picking sides in this conflict. We are a multinational crypto company with employees and community members on both sides of the border. And we recognize that suffering doesn’t stop along some arbitrary, geopolitical line.
To that end, our hope is that our donations will help those in need, regardless of their nationality. And as a symbolic action of unity, we have translated the SOY Finance website into Ukrainian and Russian.
The SOY Finance Charity NFT series will consist of 10 NFTs. Each is designed as a reminder that we all share one planet and we all need to spread one love.
The price of NFTs starts at 100 CLO and varies according to their class. Considering the charitable nature of the series, a minimum price is set, but no maximum price; everyone is free to donate as much as they wish.
The 1st NFT will be published on March 16th, 2022, at 17h00 UTC, with one new NFT to be released every Friday at the same time for nine weeks.
To maintain the highest level of transparency, an online spreadsheet is available. All donations will be recorded in this document with as much detail as possible. The CharityNFT source code can be found on Github.
Generosity is without question one of the shining characteristics of the Callisto Network and Soy Finance communities.
In 2021 alone, the community donated or airdropped more than two billion coins, worth more than $15,000.
Meanwhile, Callisto Security Department has performed more than 360 smart-contract audits, mostly for free, as a contribution to help secure the smart-contract ecosystem.
Moreover, Callisto Network itself was launched as a free airdrop to holders of Ethereum Classic. There was no initial coin offering or premine to benefit insiders. It was always and forever about the community.
Today, we recognize that “community” in the purest sense means all of us on this planet.
And we recognize that it’s up to all of us to spread the love – to show kindness and compassion when others are hurting, no matter their nationality.
